Overall a great experience! Everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off!

I recently leased a Toyota Tundra here, and the finance experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Going into finance, I had a clear quote on my lease payment. Once I sat down with finance (Josh), my payment had almost doubled with no clear heads-up or explanation of how everything was being added into the loan. To get the payment back down, I ended up dropping some accessories just to make it more manageable. When I started asking questions about what was being added and how the numbers were calculated, Josh acted visibly irritated that I was even asking. I specifically asked if I could change or drop items after the fact, before the loan funded, so I’d have more time to decide. I purchased on a Saturday and then spent the next week trying to get in contact with him—he was out of town and I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone. When I finally reached him, I was told it was “too late” to change the accessories, but he could credit about $10k back and shorten the lease. Again, the tone was annoyed, as if I was being a problem instead of a customer who just spent around $60,000 trying to understand what I signed. I can live with my decision to sign for the accessories, even though I don’t feel they were handled properly. But what I cannot accept is what I discovered next. When I called my credit union to review the deal, I found out there was a warranty added into the loan that I had never asked for, never discussed, and never agreed to with Josh. My salesperson knew I did not want an extended warranty. At that point, it felt sneaky, shady, and dishonest. When I brought this up, Josh did not take accountability and instead tried to put it back on me. The “resolution” I was offered: they could credit the warranty back, but I’m stuck with the accessories. Even then, there was no real apology, no ownership, and no acknowledgment that adding a warranty without a clear conversation is unacceptable. I also left a message with the General Manager to try to get some resolution on how this was handled. I never received a call back. I’m now in the process of reaching out to the Better Business Bureau because of how this deal was structured and how my concerns were handled (or ignored). On top of that, it’s not a great look for the dealership when your finance person is making a political statement at the desk by wearing a “Lions Not Sheep” bracelet while customers are signing major financial documents. It felt unprofessional and out of place. To be fair, the only person who was consistently kind and actually followed up with me was James. He was the one bright spot in an otherwise very negative experience. Overall, I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth from this whole process. Between the unexplained changes, the hidden warranty, the lack of follow-up from finance and management, and the attitude when I tried to get answers, I do not feel this was an honest or customer-focused experience. I love the truck, but I will make sure to spread the word about what happened here, and I would not trust this finance department again. With the money on the accessories I would have been way better off getting a limited with the features I wanted for a much lower payment.

Ashok was great to work with. He did his best to try to get me in and out as quickly as possible which I appreciated. I did have to wait longer than I had hoped for to get with the finance team, but overall I had a solid experience.

I was impressed with those with the salesman and all of the finance and those that assisted. I did not feel pressured by any one. This made a positive experience in purchasing a new car. Thank you team. You did a great w.
