I contacted the dealer to ask about a Camry. Emily helped me and was incredibly helpful. It was a great experience. She made the process so smooth.

My vehicle is heavy some issues so I have to make the trip home to Idaho. Dealer over here, Oregon the warranty a Toyota warranty. It’s a third-party warranty and we’re having a problem trying to find out what’s covered because my side door wasn’t working on the way home every five times it works. I was told it still had 30,000 miles warranty on the engine, etc. because it only has 70,000 miles on it. I’m over here and they said there’s no Toyota warranty on it at all except what I paid extra for the third party.

The price of the car was very good and I had a great experience.

It would have been helpful to be offered a loaner car, especially with my car being in for a day and a half.

After finalizing my purchase. I had to wait 4+ hours to be able to leave with the vehicle because they couldn’t find the keys. Then after I finally take the vehicle off the lot, I notice a rock chip in the windshield. I then contacted the salesperson to see if there was anything they could do for me and was told the vehicle was sold as is and there’s nothing they can do for me. I was highly displeased with the service I received. I gave 2 stars because I do like the vehicle.

Our salesman was wonderful! Wish the finance person would have left politics out of our conversation-feels uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great experience.
