They had the car I wanted and I bought it. Straight forward and easy. They didn’t do a great job detailing it the first time, looked exactly the same as it did on the lot. Water spots, streaks, and bug guts noticeably present. They fixed it, but I was upsold an appearance package of some Crystal Fusion product. From my reading it’s some kind of ceramic coating and I’m genuinely concerned that it wasn’t applied correctly, if at all, after the initial “detailing.” It does not appear that it was applied to the roof of the car, it’s a small car, and I would like that to be rectified. I’ll do the first wash in 7 days to see about the rest of the car.

Great service and we greatly appreciated the communication during the last 4 months while we waited for our Land Cruiser. Brian was quick to respond and keep us in the loop with any updates! The team that helped us through the final steps on the day of delivery was on spot as well. We are very thankful for the outstanding service all around!

Very good overall. Seemed like maybe more of the paperwork could be done thru email. I have purchased vehicles that way and it makes the day I take possession much quicker. It would have been nice to have the option to have the vehicle delivered.

Salesman was good but the rest of the process was not. Was there on a holiday weekend “they” were pushing great holiday deals until we were getting ready to sign the deal. No deals, were given to us, used the excuse that there were others wanting to buy the car etc… then after purchasing the car the bank came back with a lower value on the NEW car. When asked them about it because they made a big my deal about not marking up the car from MSRP, they really didn’t have an answer. They said the bank had to of made some mistake when entering the car info. If we didn’t need the car asap and my wife loving the car I wouldn’t have bought the car from here. I would not buy a car here again.
