The process was long. Was shown lots of functions and features which I couldn’t remember the next day. I will be reading the multifunction manual this week. The three sales people were great though.

Great experience, only reason I gave it a 4 star. We were at the dealership for a long time waiting around. When we went in to sign paperwork I was not prepared for needing an extended warranty and was not informed of this prior to signing.

I have tried contacting you guys 20-30 times to resolve multiple issue and no one every gets back to me. The documents to register the vehicle were screwed up - was told you won’t reimburse the temp tags, and have no faith that this will be resolved before next temp tag expires, which will incur more fees.

Tom, Rick, Josh and the finance gentleman that helped facilitate the deal were all fair, professional, patient, kind, and made me feel like they were genuinely interested in helping me get the best deal. Though a longer process than I would have liked, it was a great experience.

I do wish you would have given the option for plastic med guard removal and to be replaced with rubber mud flaps. I fear they might damage the vehicle if I were to go drive over a simple curb or something.
