UPDATE: I wanted to update my review because Larry H. Miller Toyota did follow through and address the issues I had after my purchase.Emily was great throughout the buying process and deserves recognition for the experience she provided.My frustration was with the follow-up afterward. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, my bank still had not received the loan paperwork, and I had made multiple calls and sent an email to Preston without receiving a response. I eventually had to return to the dealership in person. I was also concerned about the delay in getting my Nevada tax/title paperwork sent out.After I posted my review, the dealership responded and Preston called me shortly afterward. He apologized and made sure everything was good. Accounting sent my Nevada paperwork with tracking so I could confirm it was on the way to Carson City.When my original temporary tag expired, the dealership also overnighted me a new temporary tag with no hassle at all, which I really appreciated.I still think the communication and initial post-sale process could have been better, but I appreciate that they responded, took ownership of the situation, and made things right. Because of that, I’m updating my rating.

Bought a car, had to wait a very long time to head into the finance dept to complete the transaction. It was a very slow day so it should not have taken over an hour of waiting around. You do not properly respect my time. This is the exact reason I did not go to Mark Miller Toyota.Other than that, it was a decent experience but you should include floor mats with a car purchase
