I was on the market for an used car and I went to the dealer because Jay (salesman) texted me with some good stuff, and 2 hours later I left the dealer with a brand new Tacoma, good deal and such a great experience I had.

I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a used or new Toyota. The whole transaction process was smooth and transparent. They provided a CarFax for the vehicle I was looking at purchasing and sent me a breakdown of the costs with an out the door price. The sales team was not pushy and very laid back. I really appreciated the sales rep Chad that I worked with along as the Finance Manager Brian and can’t recollect them highly enough. Again if you are looking for a Toyota in Utah make this dealership your first stop!

Very disappointing experience with a gold certified vehicle. I had to purchase new air filters even though the checklist and salesperson said they were replaced. I have pictures and receipt for the filters I removed and had to purchase prior to leaving Utah. I also took the vehicle to get serviced because your gold certified piece of paper has no value with me as a customer. If the air filters were not replaced then the entire checklist was fake. I shared my experience about your dealership with all my friends and family in Utah so they can spread the word about the situation
