Sales was great. Anthony helped a lot, especially while I was remote, to get the process as far along as possible including financing application and pre-approval.The actual financial transaction was terrible. Not sure who the finance manager was, but it was an arduously slow and difficult process. Needlessly time consuming and frustrating.Have been to service once for ceramic tint and they were great too. Sales and service were great, finance was terrible.

Judah is great. Sale was super smooth. I like that we could work on the numbers over the phone.

Chyane was amazing on the sales side.Finance was not. No call back on approval. Only found out we were approved by eventually looking at our account at the CU. Called many times, no return call just ignored.

Josh Tolman was great! Ricky and Judah were what I expected buying a car. Of note: after driving away and looking for the car manual in the glovebox, the manual was for a totally different vehicle! Nit much attention to detail there.

Tom did a nice job with selling and working with us. He was not pushy.
