I was continually harrassed for months about what I was doing with my car, then received repeated texts from Tom Snyder the day before and the day of our visit. He didn't tell me that it would take 2.5 hours to process the lease change to purchase. We were continually told the next would take "a few minutes" or "about 15 minutes". We waited 1/2 hour to see the financial officer, Shah, who could not understand why we were upset. The visit was a very unpleasant experience.
