1) Ryker (salesman) told me my husband could show me how to use the 4WD controller (completely inappropriate and didn’t go over well w me). I told him that I wanted him to review it with me before I took delivery.2) TCUV was inaccurate and my request to correct/amend was denied3) I discovered coolant was low so asked that it be topped off. It was.4) refund ck for overpayment was promised by May 5th or 6th. Called twice to follow up after date without response.5) Dave Cisneros insinuated to my husband that I must have hit something on my drive back to SD, when the mirror damage was evident while in the delivery bay at dealership. Photo sent to Sequoa for follow up. There was none.6) loose screw rattling around in the rear hatch door that required service to fish out before taking delivery7) transaction was negotiated 48 hours prior to my arrival, w funds wired (as instructed), yet, it still took 5-1/2 hours with me biding my time in the dealership.8) during negotiations, Ryker ghosted my husband due to the geographic distanceThis recent 4 Runner purchase makes for our family’s 17th Toyota, since we know we can rely on the quality and value of Toyota. Suffice it to say, given the horrid experience with Larry H. Miller Toyota, we are deeply disappointed by how this transaction was handled.

Muy mala experiencia fíjense q me dieron un trato firme todos los papeles ya casi estaba listo para aser se el negocio al principio me pidieron 3 mil dolares de enganche y después q no q el banco quería mas y hable a mi banco Mountain américa y ellos me dijeron q no tenía q dar nada de dinero qiero q me digan el motivo el dinero fue deshonesto al decir q el banco pedía enganche espero una esplicasion
