Longer than planned, but everyone very nice. I hate to say this, but I wish you wouldn’t play Fox News on all the TVs while we wait. I realize that local fox isn’t as bad as the other one, but some people could be pretty annoyed or offended.

Oil change and tire rotation took 90 minutes, a bit long for those services. Wasn't pushed to do a bunch of extra services, that's a breath of fresh air.
