Victor was friendly and very professional, he was knowledgeable about the process and the ToyotaProduct. We also liked Josh and felt we got through the car buying experience in decent time! Josh spent time on the add ons, but we have never bought them.

I like the costumer service part. I didint like the fact that I paid for a oil change and rotation of my tires. And the tires weren’t rotated. But other than that everything f was good!
