My experience was about as one would expect when buying a new car until I met with Mr. Josh Tolman who became extremely hostile and rude when I refused all ad-ons at the back end of my purchase. Josh became visibly agitated at my refusal and told me that none of the Toyota warranty applied to my purchase and that I was choosing to “maximize my cost of ownership”. He also attempted to unlawfully detain me I his office, stating that I was obligated by via my purchase to listen to his entire sales pitch for over $10k in additional ad-ons. Additionally, he refused to answer questions regarding my purchase contract and was very short when I attempted to clarify any information. Josh single-handely ruined an otherwise acceptable buying experience. After my terrible experience finalizing paperwork with Mr. Tolman, I filed a complaint with Mr. Steve Berger who was incredibly gracious and apologetic. Unfortunately, Mr. Tolman was so rude that there’s nothing Mr. Berger could have said or done to make up for The treatment we received.

I was initially apprehensive about going to a big dealership. The people that I dealt with here could not have been nicer or more friendly. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everybody treated me great and I am glad that I bought here.
