I had a great experience with Chad Childs. He went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and with Chads help.

Working with everyone was great!We had agreed on an otd price before arrival and were good to go.What should have been a in and out job was way too much waiting, process, upselling, and rules. I appreciated getting the deal done but wow how inefficient.And please don’t say you’re not trying to sell me you’re trying to educate me.Overall Kaden was great and special shoutout to the no bs guy who understood just get this done

My visit to the dealership and my experience actually buying my car was fine and I didn’t have any issues. However, I did not have a good experience after. It took over three weeks for the dealership to pay off my old car loan from my trade-in and they would not answer my many calls or emails about the issue. I was hung up on, transferred around until I was hung up on, voicemails and emails ignored. That’s kind of a big deal when and issue like this can affect your credit because of a late payment.

Had an appt. at 10 am to get new tires and no one touched my car until 3 pm when I called to get a time of completion.

Salesman was great, getting anyone to call you back or paperwork on time a joke. I left a bad review, Manager responded and said reach out directly, so I did. I left a message as no one answered, no call back, been a week.

They were kind enough to check out my daughters oil leak without an appointment

The people were friendly and really worked hard to make things work
