I worked with Craig today in service. He did a great job keeping me informed and updated on my service. This is the kind of guy I like working with! I came in for an oil change and emissions. During the inspection the tech found that my rear brake pads are at a dangerous level, Craig called me immediately. I explained that I need a couple a weeks to come up with the finances. He seemed to under my position and was not pushy. When I picked up my car I told Craig I'll see you in a couple of weeks for the brakes. I could tell he was busy at the moment but he stopped what he was doing and offered to help schedule my next appointment. FYI I dropped my car off and didn't wait the process was so smooth. Although I made a mistake on the date the young man serviced my vehicle. We had to wait 1.5 hours but appreciated the dealership calling us a uber to and from our hotel. What I forgot to ask isnt the warranty on my vehicle still good to cover the 2 recommendations?
