James was very attentive, not pushy, and helped me get a great deal. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He allowed me to take a my time and I never felt rushed. He offered me snacks and drinks. The building was very nice and comfortable.

Generally service was great, but this is the second time I've made an appointment for something and get there and LH Miller didn't have the part. So now I have to wait until the part comes in and hope I get notified and make another appointment.

Came in for slow oil leak after a recent oil change. Took over an hour to tighten the drain plug and tell me the same recommended service item from the recent oil change. I've been happy to bring my Toyota here for service but slightly disappointed in this visit.
