My service advisor was amazing. We have been to other dealerships, and they have always been a letdown, but this one was a perfect 10 all around.

Planned services based on mileage since last service visit plus services based on age and mileage of the vehicle were performed.

Service was good, Craig was personable. The wait time was long. But perhaps some of that was my fault. Atmosphere was good, it appeared that the service dept was looking out for me.

Just a routine oil change and service inspection

Ashley is amazing. I’ve serviced my 4Runner at Mark Miller for years, but decided to try LHM because of a promo. Ashley took the time to understand my priorities and quickly put together a flexible service plan for the next several visits. She also organized uber rides so I didn’t have to spend my Saturday at the shop. Outstanding service!
