Waited 5 min in my car after I drove into the service department line as others were being helped then all workers seemed to disperse and leave the service area and after a couple more minutes I just opened my car door to hopefully let someone know that I was there and as 3 workers were piddling around where I was still had no one come over to me even though they did see me but I wasn’t even given a head nod or a hello or anything after another 3- 5 min I just got out of my car and stood outside of it by the drivers side as yet another couple workers were still doing this and that by me but still I wasn’t even given given any acknowledgement then everyone was yet again gone and no where to be seen so I proceeded towards the service dept doors at this point and just before I got to the door someone greeted me and got me taken care of. But After the greeting an apology was given for the wait and from there the service was good.

I came to get an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. It was done before then. Jeff, my service contact was very professional and went out of his way to help me out due to just being out of a major surgery few months ago. He went and retrieved my SUV out of a parking lot to bring it right to me. I also had a request to have my glove compartment adjusted because it would not stay shut. Jeff made sure that it was done.
