Sales process was slow, took like 2.5 hours. Other than that, everyone I interacted with was great. Preston was friendly and responsive. Finance guy was super nice. And most importantly LHM honored the awesome price they had posted online. No haggling, no arguments, no hidden fees… just a great deal. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the process overall.

The wait time for my unscheduled visit was as promised when I arrived (45 minutes). The degree to which the customer service rep was unprepared for me to check out was a little surprising, however. The Customer service clerks presented themselves well.
