I was unsure about the procedure for getting my 5000 mile service, so it took a bit longer than I was expecting it to take. Two bays were open, but everyone lined up in front of one. It talked about express service, but I didn't know the difference from the regular service.

Finding the model and trim level with everything my wife wanted was a big task. Team helped me understand all the details of this amazing camry. Great job at getting the hidden gem my wife wanted, and going the extra mile adding the red bow.>Costco referred me to the toyota dealership in Salt Lake (Ken). They have no idea how to do the job that you can do. Saving $2,000, but couldn't deliver the same great service.Thank you, thank you, thank youEveryone keep up the great work, impeccable performance, and great experience.

Service was good, Craig was personable. The wait time was long. But perhaps some of that was my fault. Atmosphere was good, it appeared that the service dept was looking out for me.

Ashley is amazing. I’ve serviced my 4Runner at Mark Miller for years, but decided to try LHM because of a promo. Ashley took the time to understand my priorities and quickly put together a flexible service plan for the next several visits. She also organized uber rides so I didn’t have to spend my Saturday at the shop. Outstanding service!
