Called service was told to talk to Dave I explained my issues with noise cancelation mics causing issues with aftermarket stereo equipment in a 2025 4 runner he said he would look into it honestly didn't expect a phone call back said he'd have to check the wiring diagrams and he'll give me a call back in an hour or so. He actually did call back and was very helpful within a half hour.thank you much Dave

Fast service and super polite staff

I went in for a scheduled maintenance, was greeted promptly with a friendly demeanor. Work was completed in timely manner. My service manager followed some specific requests and followed up to make sure all was carried out as I had asked. All was good.

Craig took good care of me today servicing my Toyota Highlander. I appreciate getting my car serviced in a timely manner. The Uber rideshare service is great and seamless. Craig gave me some great options on my 90,000 mile service. Thanks again for your great professionalism .I only have one suggestion and that is the car wash needs to be upgraded so is does not leave hard water spots on the car.

Anthony was a true profesional. He diagnosed the problems with the car. He was open and honest as to the extent of the issues. We were able to come to the conclusion that the car was soon to be at the end of it's usefulness. We then headed to the wrecking yard where we gave it the heartfelt goodbye of a beautiful, heartfelt relationship. With many fond memories of exciting road trips and a few rough roads along the way, we shed a litte tear as we handed the key over to the Mortician on duty. We could smile knowing that the useful parts will continue on with another needy recipent. Thanks for your help in this tough decision.

Great checkin, far service, great amenities while you wait.

Dropped off the car, had the service and picked it up easily and quickly. Your desk girls could use some training. It’s disrespectful to sit in a chair wrapped in fuzzy blankets and your knees at your chin like you’re watching Netflix… while in a business setting talking to customers. Having a desk littered with popcorn, pretzels, energy drinks and candy wrappers is insanely unprofessional.

It was very well pleasing to have my suv serviced by Hunter Peterson the service advisor and his team.
