The wait time for my unscheduled visit was as promised when I arrived (45 minutes). The degree to which the customer service rep was unprepared for me to check out was a little surprising, however. The Customer service clerks presented themselves well.

Chad was excellent!Although I went in for an oil change and a engine air filter change because earlier I noticed my engine light plus a trac off message on. Thinking the new air filter would help. However the final paperwork did not indicate dash board error messages - curious.
