I was told the tires on were at 630 when I bought it. Today I went in 3 weeks later to the service center and was told they are at 5. When I spoke to the customer service desk she tried to tell me that they wore down that much in 3 weeks. Not possible. Horrible experience. It all seems very crooked and I will never do business with your again and I will tell everyone I know not to either.

Fantastic experience! Kimber A. was the best sales person ever!!! Kimber showed us multiple vehicles and was very patient with us while we made a decision on which car to purchase. She explained all the paperwork, answered all of our questions and really made the entire process fun and enjoyable!The finance manager, Josh T., was also great to work with, explained everything and made the paperwork crystal clear, and we purchased an extended warranty.

It was great until we got to financing and a bait and switch was pulled with my interest rate. I was told I qualified and was set to go with 4.99%. In financing I was then told I was qualified through a different lender at 5.99%.🤨
