Ashley Pipitone performed her service advisor functions very well. She made notations to the mechanic including things I didn’t want to be done as well as clear note to use proper viscosity oil.Ashley also alerted me to the recall to fix the battery hold down, which I very much appreciate. The new part is now installed.I am impressed with Ashley’s professionalism and attention to detail.I have found my service advisor.
