Well, first of all I want to say that my assistant Aaron Ezpinosoa was a friendly professional staff who I could have my confidence in asking all my doubts he was the best I want to say thank you for having staff like him and about my car the service I loved

The visit experience in-store today was exceptional. Buying a new car always takes a long time. Still, Marvin was a tremendous help and spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle's features, directing me to web forums on 4Runners, and being a generally chatty, welcoming person. The finance manager and accessories manager were also great to talk with, and weren't pushy when it came to adding new things to my vehicle. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and all of your staff should be commended! Thank you.

I arrived earlier than scheduled, and it wasn't a problem. My service was completed in standard time and with excellent communication along the way. My service attendant was Craig and he helped me resolve a part problem that I didn't recall until late in the process. He could have handed me off but he stuck with me until completed resolved. He was excellent!
