Recently purchased a new 4Runner and had some accessories installed. The accessories team was great to work with and I appreciate the personal help Alisha and Rick provided me with. They were great. The people and commitment to quality service is why I will continue to remain loyal to LHM and Toyota.

The experience took longer than I was quoted, which is somewhat understandable given that I had many things performed. However no one checked back with me and the online status never updated during the visit. At the end, I noticed my car has been moved out front and I tracked down my service agent to get my keys and check out rather than being notified.

I was pleased with the service on my vehicle and with customer service. I wished they would have read my message when I scheduled my appointment and when I took my truck in on Friday 04/25/25 there were some screws missing on my front right fender I asked the service person when he asked me is there was anything else besides the oil change. I told him if they could take a look at it and possibly put in the extra screws in the fender flare and he even wrote down in his notes when I got home I took a look and it wasn’t fixed or no explanation why it wasn’t looked at that kind of made a little irritated! So please next time when some ask to look at something on there vehicle have your technician look at it and see if it can be fixed or not and give an estimate and explanation? Good Customer service goes a long way with your customers that will keep coming back
