I purchased a new Tacoma SR on 4/15. I absolutely loathed the idiotic spoiler on the front of the truck. I spoke to Jeff in Service on 4/17. I made an appointment for 4/18. Jeff said to bring in the truck as early as possible and he would make sure that the spoiler was removed free of charge. I was at the service department at opening on 4/19. Jeff and Donnie took excellent care of me and the spoiler was removed. Absolutely outstanding customer care! After spending almost $40k the last thing that I needed was to have to pay to have a feature that is an eyesore removed. Many thanks to Jeff and Donnie for going the extra mile to make sure that a loyal customer was 100% satisfied with their purchase. I would recommend Larry H Miller Toyota to anyone! Simply the best!!!
