Car had significant issues that multiple mechanics weren't able to identify and had referred me the the dealer. Initially hesitant cause dealership just have a bad rap. The Dealership had my car for about a week and a half and I felt Cody kept me informed of me vehicle the entire process. I received clear photos of findings, clear explanation of what what the issue and the solution to fix it. There was one moment of miscommunication between the service and parts dept but Cody took care of it and made it right. I felt my car was in good hands the entire time. While overall the repair was pricey I feel confident it was done right the first time. I'd be hesitant to be helped by someone other then Cody in case they aren't as good. He and his team that handled my car represented both the dealership and service industry with a job well done.

Long wait, great staff, we got our car ordered on time before the tariffs were put in place.
