I just talked a couple of the service guys to find out what I need to do on a problem. They set me up an appointment to have the problem fixed. I also talked to my salesman Kaden Curry and also the accessories manager about another service I wanted.

Cover letter for vehicle recall said appointment should take about 45 minutes. The service agent said it will take much longer than that and allowed me to take an Uber home so my whole day was more or less taken up. Aaron had excellent customer skills & the updates by phone are an excellent way to share inspection results & authorize needed service recommendations. However, I had a few questions and try to number of times to get through to the service desk and it was left with endless ringing and no pick up.
