Amazing car buying experience.Denis was incredible to work with. Very patient and took all the time i needed to make a decision. I am a extremely happy customer.Plus, Josh T was fantastic to work with on the financing side. Josh was so very helpful and a joy to work with.

Jay Ward deserves a raise, bonus, a higher position of employment.. all of the above etc. We had been shopping for a vehicle all day & in this case.. 3rd time was definitely the charm because Mr. Ward was very polite, professional, heard us about what we were looking for, & was willing to work with us. He met our expectation & was awesome. As well as Josh in the financial department. I cannot express enough how great these two are at what they do. I will be referring anyone & everyone, looking for a vehicle, to Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray & to request for Jay Ward.

Denis in sales and Jost T in finance were absolutely amazing and helpful. They made buying a car seamless and enjoyable. I did not even come in intending to buy a car and ended up buying one. They weren’t just salespeople, they were there to be your friend and making everything easy and help you understand everything.

I was told my appointment (to replace a tail light) would be 1.5 hours. It was over 2 hours. And then the light that was replaced had two small scratches on it, but I was later leaving than I had planned so I didn’t have time to go get the scratches fixed.

I had requested a Bill of Sale be sent to my e-mail address from Anthony Carreau with assistance from Kara Rupp so I can register my 2025 Toyota Highlander Limited at the Department of Motor Vehicles at Elko, Nevada. I promptly received my requested email from Anthony and Kara 🙂

Terrible. There were multiple errors during my purchase- the price on the lot was lower than the actual price and the mileage advertised, prices, and documented in the final sale was lower than the odometer reading. I was blamed by one sales associate for not catching the mistake and had multiple levels of management try to hand wave away two major mistakes because “our prices are the best around.” They then offered to do a full return, a disingenuous attempt at placating me instead of genuinely trying to make it right. The process was long and painful, and even my follow up visit to correct the paperwork upon discovering the odometer issue dragged on way longer than it should’ve and caused me to miss an appointment. (At my job, I make a point of having everything required for a meeting prepared and printed in advance and kindly suggest your staff do the same.) On another instance, someone tried to blame the mistakes on the salesman who initially worked with me (who was wonderful and quite helpful!) in a classic case of “blame the new guy.” I’ve never worked in a car dealership but I can’t imagine price posting mistakes and intake processing are a junior salesman’s responsibility, and hearing your staff throw each other under the bus was quite off-putting. The impression your staff left did not speak well to your company’s competence, customer service, or professionalism.

I came in looking for a very specific car (Toyota Camry in all black) and Ashok made sure I got that car. Everyone was extremely attentive and great at explaining things I didn’t understand.

Anthony Carreau was an excellent sales person. He was able to secure the 2025 Toyota Highlander Limited exactly as I had requested 🙂He returned text messages and phone promptly too!
