Service advisor Aaron Espinoza had terrible communication skills and terrible customer service skills when a conversation was had. Tried to contact him many times and he showed no interest in contacting me back or answering any of my text. When finally there was an update I had to call him to find out my vehicle was ready and he gave me no information on what was going to happen next. Called back to ask for manager and spoke to Dave in the shop for some information but when addressing the issue with the service advisor he had an attitude of it’s not his problem.

Positive experience. One and done negotiation vs back and forth. You guys stepped up and met the price ask. Anthony was a good salesman - knows the cars well and very friendly. Was honest about the positives and negatives about the 6th gen.The finance guy was nice, but i prefer to not be sold a bunch of add ons when I’ve already gone through the baseline sales process.
