Doing a sale via email wasn’t a great experience but Josh went over the top once I got there. Only things I didn’t care for was a price raise by $1k once I got there for my trades and not being offered Gap.

Truang, our sales assistant, helped us promptly, was very patient with us, and was helpful in completing the sale and after-sale.

It all went well this morning. Ashley was courteous and professional. I liked the idea of the mechanic shows a video of the car inspection and his comments. The only issue I have is that y wife received the message that my car was ready to be picked up, even though I have given my phone number on the for.

My driver's side's window and other buttons on the door suddenly dislodged and sank today, making it risky to use them and cause them to become completely inaccessible. You guys replaced the offending panel so quickly for a fair price! I've been coming to LHM for years and you all are always so kind and helpful. I was impressed with the speed of service - fixed within an hour of even discovering the issue. Ashley especially was wonderful. Thank you!!
