The service was same as usual with no problems.But the air in the tires adjustment was not done properly because the sensor/indicator is still showing problems.

Our sales person kimber was great. The guy we closed with and decided on the warranty with was very nice, but he didnt fully disclose how and why he was structuring the loan the way he did which left me frustrated and feeling misled. We were also promised 6 oil changes. But our contract says 4. Depending on how this followup is handled, im deciding on whether or not to post a public review.

Carter has been excellently helpful from the first time he assisted us, probably that was our second visit to Lexus for maintenance. Since then we have always been trying to book an appointment with him. He explains things in detail and what's special with his service is that he cares. We hope he will keep doing an excellent job.

The sales part of the purchase was good. It wasn’t until my wife needed to get license plates and registration. Our 45 day temp tags had expired and the courthouse and treasury still had not received any of the paperwork to process. It was very frustrating. We played phone tag and never really ever got any of our phone calls returned. We have never had this experience with any other dealership we have purchased from. From a credited dealership this is not something that is very professional.

Was sold a car missing two seat belts. Standards safety measures seem like something I should not have to look for, but maybe it was my ignorance to not check.The dealers plates were also left in the car?The guy helping me also had me sign the title sales thing but really my husband should have and it felt like it added so much extra time to the 3hr visit (most of which I had 3 young children sitting waiting with me). It’s something I hadn’t thought about my husband owning the car not me… but seems like something the sales man should have full knowledge of title paperwork dos and don’ts

My sales person Carsen was the man! He was super helpful and made it a super easy process. From when we agreed to the numbers and when I left the dealership was less than an hour.
