I was kept well informed on the process, how long it would take, and the problems that were found later. Ashley did not try to upsell me on any extra services, which I appreciate. Whatever you’re paying Ashley, it’s not enough. Keep up the good work.

Arrived at 9. Ashley said changing the spark plugs in the Highlander would take 3-4 hours. The car was finished 8 minutes early at 12:52. Ashley kept me informed on progress. I had a cup of coffee. Most importantly with the new plugs the car really performs better. This is my second interface with Ashley and she is terrific! Keep her on the service team!Tom Melville
