Arrived mid afternoon on-time for my previously scheduled appointment- had to wait a bit to get checked in. During check-in the application presented me with a long list of “recommended services” which, when we reviewed my service history, it turns out I had already had had several of the recommended items recently done. I am bothered that I could have chosen to have things done I had just recently had done and the service department would happily have taken my money and time and done the redundant work. I expect better - if you want me to be a repeat customer then I need to be able to trust that you are actually helping me do what is needed when it is needed and not just out to get me to spend as much money as possible.
