I love this location! I live right next to the Draper Toyota dealership, but drive the extra distance for your service. Ashley was awesome today! Very helpful and had a good understanding of my concerns, her attention to detail left me knowing I would be taken care of.

It was a pleasure to hang out in your waiting area with hot and cold drinks readily available while our 4Runner was serviced.You completed services within the three hours as indicated by Ashley, our Advisor.Ashley went over current and past service history to make sure our vehicle was in good order and answered all our questions as we checked out.Even though routine maintenance on vehicles is mysteriously more and more expensive, you seem to be making an effort to make it as comfortable as possible.Good work LHMToyota team.

Service and service writers and techs always good. I do have issues with the texting system. This is not just with your dealship with with all Larry h millers as I most often do not get reply’s back from the service writers. I do not belief this is the service writers problems as much as I feel it is a Glitch in the texting system where the service writers do not get or do not see the messages or maybe they are getting buried behind other text messages. Not sure what the issue is but I experience this at all the dealerships. Something that would be nice to have looked into. Thank you.
