Really enjoyed working with Jay. Super friendly person to deal with. Never felt pushed and enjoyed conversations. He was as very open about what he knew and what he didn’t. Really liked the honesty.

Came in for 6-month oil/lube and checkup. Chad was extremely helpful in prioritizing and guiding me through a couple of additional "fixes." Have always had great service at LHM Toyota.

Kaden was extremely helpful and helped us feel non-pressured in the best way possible. I hate salesmen, but Kaden was so amazing I couldn’t not buy a vehicle from him. Brian Felt, helped us with paperwork and was so unbelievably helpful, and personable.

Drop off was slow they only had 1 person in the bay checking people in, yet many inside sitting at their desks. I was texted when my car was ready but never got a phone call. It would be nice if they called as well as I'm not always looking at my texts. When I picked up my car they never washed it and because I arrived toward closing time the car wash was already shut down.

I was worried when I showed up 45 minutes early from my appointment and saw a line of cars prior to service opening. When they opened, I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was impressed with how fast the service advisors handle the rush. Job very well done.
