When we brought our vehicle in, we were told that we had had our vehicle serviced not too long ago. This was not correct as we bought the car in December and have not had a service done on it since the initial one when bought it.Also the gentleman pulling our car in was really pulling/leaning all his weight on our door. We hope that this will not always happen as we do not want issues with the door hinges to occur.

Overall it was good, I had an appointment and it took 15 minutes just to get into the garage. There was only one other car in the garage at the time so that was a little frustrating but overall it was a positive experience.

Beautiful Day at Toyota, James the Technician has many year’s experience, he believes Toyota to be a Top Quality Vehicle that can last a person year’s. I thought my Toyota didn’t have enough power, but we went for a spin and he showed me nothing was wrong, I didn’t realize I could hammer down the pedal more than I was. He showed me thing’s on the car, and was super nice. If your in the market for a Toyota RAV buy a Hybrid, also when your taking it for a spin, roll down the Windows while you drive. Other than that I really enjoy my new ride. Also the new Prius is very very awesome and can save you big time on gas, I highly recommend you go take one out for a drive.

Had gotten new battery installed there in Jan. Now in March my vehicle would not start. Guy a warranty replacement but will be worried that same thing may happen.
