Greeted by service representative and tire man. I asked for standard service along with 4 new Michelin tire and alignment. I also asked for brake inspection. Highlander was done timely. Ashley showed me brake and rotor were on the computer along with alignment issues. She helped me schedule spark plug replacement for March 27. I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate while waiting. Great staff!!
