I was irritated because I needed to pay for car maintenance. When a light comes on my day is not ok. CHAD got me in and out, displaying professionalism and kindness. In no time, the clouds cleared and the sun was out ☀️🚗💨Thank you Chad!

Connor was excellent, there was a lot of back and forth and multiple returns for the issue but it has seemingly been resolved and they did a great job managing the frustrations of multiple visits for the same issue.

My service experience was just okay. They did do the oil change and they found that my brakes were worn and so I had those replaced. I utilized the shuttle service to get back home for a meeting that I had to do. The first shuttle that they supposedly requested for me never arrived after 30 minutes and so I had to go and request another one. After my vehicle was finished, I tried calling the dealership three times to request a shuttle to get me back to the dealership and nobody ever answered the phone. I called both the customer service desk and the service desk and no one ever answered, it eventually just went to voicemail. I ended up just paying for my own lyft to get back. Overall, I did not feel that the service provided was good enough to justify the increased cost of getting service done on my vehicle here and I will not be returning.

If my review was about the service agent, Hunter Peterson I would have rated it 5 stars.Today I called about getting 4-wheel alignment on my truck at 12 PM and Hunter was fantastic he told me he would fit the job in that day and get me a ride back home. When I arrive Hunter asked if they gave me the new key last week when I was in for another issue. When I told him no Hunter said I will make sure that gets done today too.The reason I am rating a 4 star instead of five comes down to I feel 5 stars means you go above and beyond in every way possible. I used to go to Karl Malone Toyota for service because that is where I purchased my previous truck and the only reason I did not go to Karl Malone today was I got a hold of Hunter first, Karl Malone called back 5 minutes after I talked to Hunter, but they said they would have fit me in today as well. The only thing I miss about getting any service (Even rotate and Balance tires) done Karl Malone Toyota was they always ran my vehicle through the car wash and vaccumed my truck. I know it is not a big deal but to me it is that little extra to show you care and value the customer. May be offering to wash and vacuum my vehicle car is something Larry H Miller Toyota can offer in the future.
