Craig Riva was very helpful to determine my issues and moving forward to resolve them. He kept me updated on progress. Customer service was good in arranging Uber rides for me.

Not much to tell really, had an appointment, met with Connor, discussed which services to have done, signed, sat and waited for about four hours. I was having multiple services completed. Finished 8 chapters in the book I'm reading and had a snack. I did use the restroom a few times because I drank too much coffee while waiting. Finished up paid and was on my way.

So good Baylen was very personal.
