The salesman was great – Jay Ward. The next guy, Sequoia, was a bait and switch guy, that I cannot recommend.

Tom, Rick, Josh and the finance gentleman that helped facilitate the deal were all fair, professional, patient, kind, and made me feel like they were genuinely interested in helping me get the best deal. Though a longer process than I would have liked, it was a great experience.

I do wish you would have given the option for plastic med guard removal and to be replaced with rubber mud flaps. I fear they might damage the vehicle if I were to go drive over a simple curb or something.

Good as it gets

I purchased a new Rav 4 the sales representative Alex Andreen has been great to work with. This is my second Car Alex has helped myself purchase and my fourth from the dealership. They have been professional and easy to work with.

Everybody was very pleasant and speedy and professional. Mitch Mahas is awesome.
