I purchased a vehicle, with after market add on. I would have given the 5 stars, but the add ons were not finished until late. Also, in the past, one of the techs sat with me to program everything. The late finish prevented this from happening. I’m still figuring out all the perks. Love the RAV though and James was great.

Fast that was the fastest I’ve had my oil changed the last 3 times it’s taken 2/3 hours this time it only took 15 min ???? I’mHappy it didn’t take up so much time of my day.
