Excellent. My representative Donnie was working with someone else when I arrived and another representative stepped up to check me in. Donnie then followed up with me personally to make sure all my concerns were being addressed. I found Donnie to be very responsible and thorough.

Besides the fact I ended up spending a lot of money, it was a good experience. Craig was really helpful and kind.

Great customer service today. The plastic skid plate on the bottom of my Prius had come loose and was dragging on the ground. I pulled into the shop without an appointment. They took my car and reattach the skid plate and sent me on my way without any charge. That kind of service will keep me coming back. Thanks!

Visit was pretty typical, but when my vehicle was serviced my car was not washed like it always has been on visits and my tires were rotated but my tires were not checked for correct pressure as they were reading 29 psi
