It was great. Carsen was a joy to work with, straightforward and we were able to come up with an agreement in no time, no hassle, no pressure. The entire team was and has been great.

Ricky did a good job as a salesman. There were a couple things that were not clearly communicated but I was happy with the overall experience.Joshua did a great job as the financial officer.

I purchased a vehicle, with after market add on. I would have given the 5 stars, but the add ons were not finished until late. Also, in the past, one of the techs sat with me to program everything. The late finish prevented this from happening. I’m still figuring out all the perks. Love the RAV though and James was great.
