CHAD WAS VERY.PROFESSIONAL AND WAS IN AND OUT WITHOUT DELAY!

We had not made an appointment but we had a few different sales staff help us test drive or sit in vehicles, so we could get a better idea of what we liked or didn't like. There was a highland hybrid that wasn't listed in inventory and are difficult to find. The trade in process and the financing was competitive. Very nice staff and it was made a difficult task more bearable.

Online scheduling was easy and was able to get a service appt within 2 days. Requested a certain service advisor but was assigned to someone else. Inquired about it via text, no response.I appreciate being informed of the issue and the plan that would take longer than a day tocomplete. Received text today when my car was ready, texted back requesting Uber, no response. Inquired about it when I arrived, was told "oh that's because the assigned service advisor wasn't there and the text came from his phone" and "sometimes we just get too busy" to reply. Overall the service was good for the $3,700 repair.
