Generally a good experience. This was the first time I have had my vehicle serviced at your shop and things went well. They completed the work quickly and the rep who assisted me was great.I didn’t rate the service as five stars for two reasons. First, I was surprised that you don’t wash the cars when the service was completed. That has been my experience at the dealerships which have serviced my other cars (not Toyotas). Maybe that is not customary, but it has historically been my experience.Second, when I started the car this morning, I found that the technician had not re-set the maintenance light on the dashboard following the service. I called the service department to find out how to re-set it, but they were not very apologetic or helpful. They told me to go find instructions on you tube - which I can do, but it was not a very impressive customer service experience.

Although my appt was at another location (my mistake) Chad was very helpful in checking to see if they had the parts for my safety recall. Made me another appt for the following week

Hunter was super helpful and quick getting my new key programmed. I told him I didn’t have more than an hour and he was done in 45 minutes. Thanks Hunter!

One thing that often happens when dealing with repairmen is they make promises and then don't keep them especially around time frames. I understand life is full of unexpected circumstances but it's so refreshing when you're told a repair will take a certain amount of time and then it's done according to what they said. I arrived a few minutes early, the serviceman told me it would take an hour and a half, directed me to the waiting room and then tried hard to keep my hopes up that the repair would be made as promised. I also had another appointment after the repair and knew it would be close but fortunately wasn't disappointed! Everything went smoothly and I was able to make it to my next destination on time.
