Online scheduling was easy and was able to get a service appt within 2 days. Requested a certain service advisor but was assigned to someone else. Inquired about it via text, no response.I appreciate being informed of the issue and the plan that would take longer than a day tocomplete. Received text today when my car was ready, texted back requesting Uber, no response. Inquired about it when I arrived, was told "oh that's because the assigned service advisor wasn't there and the text came from his phone" and "sometimes we just get too busy" to reply. Overall the service was good for the $3,700 repair.

It took awhile but the savings were worth the wait. Jeff was helpful and easy to work with. I like the text update while you wait feature too.

Redeemed the synthetic oil change special from Facebook for $30! No issues once I showed that the promo was still ongoing when I found the live page. Waited over an hour, still better than when I had to reschedule a previous appointment because the service department was short staffed. Glad I got a text notice beforehand so I didn't have to find out on site. Also, there seemed to be more advisors available so I didn't have to wait a long time to check in like I usually did.
