We made an appointment online, but when we got there at the time we signed up for,They said we wasn’t on their computer.Other than that we always have our truck serviced by LHM. We have never had a problem with their service.

It was a great atmosphere. Sales team (Alex) and finance team (Josh) were adaptive to my mood, additude and humor and made me feel welcome. Both Alex and Josh were patient with answering my questions fully. Soda machines was completely down that sucked but other then that it was great!

Service completed top off all fluids, changed oil filter, oil and tire rotation.

My sale rep, Anthony, was incredible. Working with Toyota to change things on the car that I wanted changed to make the car exactly what I wanted. He also would go out of his way to make sure I was in the loop on my cars progress which I greatly appreciated.
