In the service that was done quickly but I feel they need a better check-in system. Three cars were taken ahead of mine and I had to sit there and wait even though I got there before they did.

I was sent a text from LHM to come in for service. Setup and appt and when I got there, the tech didn't seem to know what was supposed to be done to it. Didn't really feel like he knew what exactly to do which I would assume they would know if LHM sent me the request.
