My experience was excellent because of Cody Dittrich. He is the service writer who cares for my car. The main reason I always schedule my appointments with him is because I know he is honest, trustworthy and knows the Camry. I appreciate his professionalism, friendliness and his desire to make sure my car is serviced correctly. He goes the extra mile in being kind and understanding. He is an excellent representative of the dealership and Toyota.

Superb customer service exemplified by their knowledgeable courteous staff, clean surroundings and ease of scheduling service. The service advisor , Jeff Teliczan greeted me with an enthusiastic smile and went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. I appreciate the time he takes to explain services. Most of all, he makes his customers feel valued.

Connor was straight forward in explaining the process of figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. He texted me what was found out and sent a link to the diagnostic as well as the cost to repair. He kept me informed. One of the parts needed to be ordered but the parts came in one day earlier. Very pleased with Connor as well as Larry H Miller Toyota.
