Jeff was superb in helping me from start to finish. He was kind, professional, and caring toward me in every way. I was very thankful for his clear and thorough communication, and for understanding the needs I had around getting my car serviced. I am sure the technicians were great as well, but all my contact came through Jeff, and he made this experience perfect.

Got right in finished as soon as they said they would. They said I needed an engine air filter and cabin filter. When I got home I looked and both were still almost like new.

Purchasing our car at Larry H Miller was a very good experience. However I am having trouble getting the title and that process needs to be addressed.

The quality of service and customer service was great. My only complaint is that I always wait in the lobby for the completion but I usually have to work remotely from my laptop. I wish there were more power plugs near any seating. It’s nice to have all the tables but most aren’t near power.
