I’ve always had great service from Don in the service department and this time was no different, except I came in for a battery and left with a 2022 Highlander.I noticed the car on the lot and mentioned it to Don who introduced me to James.James was great in answering questions and structuring my trade deal.The purchase was fairly quick and seamless.My experience with LHM was great as has been custom.

I was quickly checked in by Aaron. My service assistant Ashley informed me that additional services were recommended for my vehicle. They were performed within the time frame Ashley suggested. I quickly paid for the services, and she ordered a replacement part for me. She helped me find my car and I was on my way home.

Good for the most part. Didn’t really appreciate the random 15-20 dollar additional charge for “materials” or something like that? Seemed a bit shady to me. Just tell me what the total cost is going to be and don’t add in additional things you didn’t communicate at the beginning. Come on guys/gals. Not a good look.
