When I came in the dealership I had to ask the receptionist for a sales person. I had been walking the lot and it was cold outside so I guess the sales people weren’t working. She pointed to two guys talking on the couch behind me and said there’s two right there and They me jumped up to help me. I had seen an add online for a lease with all the details and the first two “offers” were higher than the published pricing. This is what I hate about car buying. Just give me what is shown in your add and let’s get it done quick instead of drawing out the purchase process. The finance paperwork good was solid. Finally, the next day I got a call that I needed to come back in and sign again because I was assigned the wrong VIN number. I get that mistakes happen, but I live in Utah County so this was a hassle and a waste of my time.

The overall customer service was very good. I was helped in a timely manner, and what was done was explained well.
