I came in for a fix on a flat tire and also was a little over due for an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment but you guys were able to get me in and on my way in less than an hour.

Service adviser, Conner, was very kind. Tried to help me with the lowest cost possible. I still feel prices are sky rocketing. I have so much to get done, but the costs are too much at one time.Also miss that there aren’t food/snacks offered. I was there 5 hours and only soda available.

Would have appreciated an accurate progress report on the phone app.

Ashley was very accommodating and very considerate since I had my young daughter with me. Particularly since I was a walk-in without an appointment. She expedited the service which was greatly appreciated.

Cody has really good customer service skills. He was pleasant snd explained everything to me about the services on my car. Pleasant experience!

Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and diagnostic. The repairs had to wait a week and were expensive but Cody greeted me and was very helpful!
