I came in with a tire gauge light on my car. First thing he did was to take the tire pressure of all four tires. He discovered that the front passenger tire was way low. Then he got down and looked at the tire and said he could not find a nail. I had many questions and he answered each one of them without patronizing me. Then Cody sent it out to get more test run. He also pointed out that my Toyota emblem on my tire was missing. He said I could possibly get one in the shop, I did and when I got the car back, it was already on. Cody went above and beyond the call of duty!He also kept reminding me that if it was a nail in the tire, it would be free. It turned out to be something else, but, it was good information!

Check in took a few minutes but once that was completed the remainder of the service was done expeditiously. I purchased a new battery and.had it installed. The cost was just under $400. They said it was an 84 month battery but then said that after two years the replacement cost would be prorated. I hope it lasts as long as the original battery ( 5 years)

Good experience

Checkin was fine. The app said to have you make a second key since we only got one with the purchase; I was surprised that will take another visit.Oil change and tire rotation went fine. We were called when it was finished (last time my wife sat for three hours as the technician didn’t call her when it was done after about an hour).The courtesy water in the soda machine tastes funny.
