Horrible experience time and time again with this dealership. I was at the dealership for 8 hours trying to buy out my lease. They kept saying it should be long before your next needless to say I waited for 8 hours. So to make things better they gave me a free oil change I hesitantly come in to get my oil change same thing I wait all day never got a phone call about it being finished finally went in before 8pm to see what was taking so long and the service department was closed. Thankfully the woman at the front desk was able to give me my keys. I am so disappointed by the way this dealership is run and I will never come back and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
