Everything was great and smooth sailing up until the hard-sale on the extended warranties in the financing office. I was very clear on what we were purchasing upfront, and I had to decline several times amidst some obvious tension. The mood got obviously anwkward and uncomfortable from that point forward. But you guys delivered on a great car that’s incredibly hard to find right now and I have a happy wife, so overall pretty good.
