The sales agent was nice but I felt like there was a lot of miscommunication. On the day that I was making the actual purchase, he was juggling between multiple customers and many times I was left to just wait and not even knowing where he was. It felt like the process was more tedious than needed to be. At one point, I was told I would given a different agent but that was not the case. The finance guy ( can’t remember his name because he didn’t even bother to introduce himself or seemed to care about us) was like the grim reaper. He seemed unfriendly and impatient. Anything that I was signing, he had his hand on the paper like he was ready to yank it away. His answers were not clear and he made us seem like we were dumb and wasting his time. He also had a confrontation with the sales agent about information given incorrectly, this happened in front of my family. I had a few questions for the sales agent after the purchase. He said he would find out and call me right away the following day. After a few days, I got an email from him, which information was different than what he originally told us. I asked another question and a week later, have not gotten back a response. Honestly, if I were a respectable company (or any company) these employees would not represent the kind of values that would put the company in a good light. They don’t make the customers feel respected. This is especially sad to me with how much money I had to spend on the vehicle.

Chaynne Higgins is the only one there that seemed to have her act together. She was absolutely amazing. When I couldn't get anyone in finance to call me back, she made sure someone called me. The Finance manager told me I could just come in and completemy purchase, but she knew I needed to schedule a time when someone in service could do emissions. It felt like she was the only one who knows how the dealership works. She is keeping your dealership afloat because I was ready to trade in my car at a Honda dealership before she got involved. Promote her, give her more money. Do whatever it takes to keep her on board. She is the sole reason I gave this experience 5 stars. Because she overcame all of the buffoonery that happened from everyone else.

Cheyenne was very easy to work with. This is my 2nd new car purchase from Larry Miller within the last 12 months and they are great to work with.

Fantastic service and people. Super long process. I bought a used Tesla a couple years ago with a loan and it took about 5-10 minutes start to finish. As easy as buying something on Amazon. I understand it’s not one to one experience because we also did a trade in and the vehicle was new and had to be detailed, but the closer you can get to the Tesla buying experience, the better. They are the gold standard.

Tomas and Preston are nice guys. They were not pushy about anything. I went in looking for a new Tacoma and found the perfect truck.

Anthony , my sales rep. was excellent. Very knowledgeable, a true professional. The best experience I can say at a car dealership. You’re lucky to have Anthony at your store.

Cheyenne was very good to work with. About as low pressure as car shopping gets. But very professional at the same time.
