Booking the appointment was easy. I received reminders of my appointment. The customer service rep was professional and friendly. My wait was short.

Positives- Good experience with salesman Denis. We liked his personality and demeanor. We felt like we got a good price.Negatives - we wanted to purchase all weather floor mats and they tried to charge us more than MSRP. Which we felt was very low class considering we were buying a 30k+ new car from you. Not the way to make lifelong customers. We passed on the floor mats and purchased them elsewhere.

I felt confident that we got a very good price for my dream car! I will be returning when it’s time to buy a different vehicle. This was a fantastic experience!
