As of December 23, 2024 I went to the dealership to go and get my traction light/ sensor fixed and also my trunk seal fixed so that the water or snow does not get into the trunk. at last, but not least my friend needed to get her vehicle fixed and they were able to explain to her what she needs and how much she’s gonna cost and she was very appreciative and it was nice to be by her for moral support. It was amazing with the work that they did and they are one of the best people and that dealership is awesome as a whole.

The bad, my appt was switched from 3:15 to 2pm with only text/email….a phone call would have probably been more appropriate but whatever it worked out, you guys were slammed.The Good, I think my service manager was Jeff, amazing guy kind and knowledgeable really wanted to know my situation so he could shuffle customers appropriately. Since my appt time changed and I didn’t notice until the last minute I had my very well behaved silver Labrador retriever with me, all you staff was very kind and loving with her which was greatly appreciated.I’m not a typical “dealer customer” but was in for a specific computer calibration that needed your techs equipment and expertise.Jeff let me know they were grateful for my detailed explanation and diagnoses.Even though I was stuck there for 3.5 hours your facility and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, I realize stuff happens and I my dog Molly and I appreciate all of the above.

Most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Collin was a great salesman who didn't pressure me and actually knew all the features of the cars I was interested in - a rare thing with car salesmen. I appreciated that there was almost no "back and forth" with management. Once I actually decided on buying the car, the paperwork process and attempts to sell me an extended warranty took longer than I hoped, but still faster than most (and less pushy).
