I came in for an oil change and an issue. There was another issue discovered. My service advisor was able to tell me the extent of the repair. The issues got repaired faster than was previously estimated. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Baylan helped me fix 2 issues myself right when I got there. He was helpful and knowledgeable! My car was ready after only a couple of hours. I appreciated them opening right on time!

I was looking for a new (to me) car to replace my 20 year old one. I worked with Sean and it was such a lovely experience. He was very personable and candid. He was a wonderful communicator and is so dedicated to his job. I appreciated all he, and other staff who helped, did to accommodate me and my financial needs. It made me feel valued and seen as a person rather than a means to a sale. The car I ended up with is amazing and really suited for what I was needing and wanting. I think my only criticism would be lack of attention to cleaning details in the car itself. After I purchased it, I noticed there were decently sized drink splotches and dirt on the driver’s seat and sap on the hood of the car that I’ll take care of. But honestly, everything else was amazing. It was a stressful process for me as it was my first big purchase and car loan, so I was overwhelmed. I was so supported by the team and everyone’s patience and kindness was incredibly appreciated. Thank you for giving me such a great experience to look back on! :)
