Wait was long. I was glad to get answers so I can make some decision. I have ňever had a break switch problem until I left to go home from there. The staff were very personal and nice.

Went in for a oil change and the service was nice and courteous. They told me that there would be a longer wait because they were short staffed. But it was ok.

I had an appt set for 0830, and my car wasn’t looked at until after 1500. Even though I had mentioned I had afternoon appointments set for the afternoon. The problem only ended up being a software update that I could have done with my car settings myself, but wasn’t given the option. I had to pay for an hour of labor, even though I could see when my car wasn’t looked moved and locked from my connecting app. I think I should have been given the option to update my own software or been charged for the actual time it took.
