It was a quick and straightforward process. However, there seemed to be a miscommunication on the part of the technician. When I checked in, he confirmed that I would not need to wait, but then he directed me to have a seat in the waiting area. I understand that, given the high volume of traffic that day, it was likely an honest mistake. But he was great!

The finance person was very kind to help me out and I really appreciate him for that. Need to straighten up the insurance information.
