Sales associate, Collin, was great and I would buy another vehicle from him. When my wife picked up the car, finance guy, Josh, pulled some financial trickery and added an “appearance protection, charge” which I was clear that I didn’t want when I previously signed the contract for the car electronically. The added fee made my deposit, which was supposed to be refunded, disappear. When I called him out on it he told me it would take 6-8 weeks to cancel the “appearance protection” and that he would refund the money after that. Sales manager, AJ, was great and immediately refunded my deposit. This took 5-6 phone calls to make right and should have never happened in the first place. Other than the slimy experience with Josh, my experience was positive.

Entire service team is top notch!

I called and was told that at 5000 miles, all that was needed was tire rotation and I could use the fast service lane. That worked well while I waited.

It was a great experience working with Sean. He was knowledgeable about the SUV, and we had a good day buying a nice auto!! 😀
