So great! I needed cross bars and came in to purchase them, even though I hadn’t scheduled for installation Cody put them on for me super fast and was very helpful, really appreciate it!!

Outstanding customer service, very professional and courteous. The skid plate on the underside of the 4 Runner was not re-installed during a recent 80 K maintenance cycle. My wife notice the part in the luggage area in the rear of the vehicle, which I had failed to notice after the 80 K visit. My wife brought the car in to the State Street location in SLC where the maintenance was performed and the part was reattached with minimal wait in the customer service area.

It was very quick, thorough and very courteous.

Cody was great! Fake exhaust noise on my sequoia is plain stupid. Not being able to turn it off is infuriating. You need to fix that.

Oil change. Was hoping to get tire pressure checked as well but that was not done since the TPS light is still on.

It was an oil change it was fine. I asked about changing my spark plugs and was quoted 350.00 for labor It’s not a a two hour job on my 4Runner. Donald the service advisor was below average it’s at most an hour job on my truck I was told this is your flat rate seems dishonest. Should be based on how long it takes not a flat rate
